Your investors said yes.Keep them glad they did.
Scale is our monthly service for funded companies: investor updates, shareholder questions, cap table hygiene and an experienced sparring partner for your next capital move.
A funded round gives you more than capital. It gives you a community.
Dozens or hundreds of new shareholders: customers, fans and professionals who want you to win. Kept warm, they become your loudest ambassadors and your next round’s first committers. Most founders have neither the time nor the routine to do this well, and it shows exactly when it matters: the next time you need capital.

Five things we carry so you do not have to.
01
Investor updates, on schedule.
We draft, you approve, they go out. Your investors hear from you before they have to ask.
02
A home for shareholder questions.
A clear process and a real person, so questions get answered properly instead of landing in your inbox at midnight.
03
Cap table and equity hygiene.
Clean records, ESOP administration, new issuances done right the first time.
04
Capital strategy.
A sparring partner who knows your numbers, for decisions about timing, instruments, follow-on rounds and secondaries.
05
Next-round readiness.
When it's time to raise again, you start warm, with materials current and a community that's already listening.
Two starting points, one service.

Raised with Crowdpowder?
Your Fundraise engagement includes four quarterly investor updates. Scale picks up where they end, with the same team that ran your round.

Raised somewhere else, or informally?
Also welcome. A one-time onboarding gets us inside your cap table, records and investor base before we take over. Especially built for founders whose friends-and-family or angel round grew faster than its paperwork.
What founders ask before joining
Yes. The onboarding exists precisely so we can serve you as well as the companies whose rounds we ran ourselves.
The opposite: it's the most common starting point we see. Cleaning that up is what the onboarding is for, and you only pay for it once.
The essentials: scheduled investor updates and a proper process for shareholder questions. More senior hours and strategy come with higher levels; we scope it together.
The entry level runs per quarter. Levels with a fixed sparring rhythm come with a longer commitment, from three months up, because strategic sparring needs some runway to pay off. Everything is set in a simple agreement upfront: no evergreen lock-ins, no surprises.
We help you design and coordinate secondaries, and where regulation requires it we bring in the right licensed parties. We advise and execute the process; we never act as the broker.
Planning another round? You're already in the best starting position.
Scale clients raise on preferred terms, with a team that already knows the numbers.
