How we work within the rules.

Raising capital from a community is regulated activity. Here is exactly where Crowdpowder sits, and where it does not.

Our guardrails

Four rules we hold to on every round.

01

We are never the licensed entity.

Crowdpowder does not hold an investment firm licence and does not seek one. We are a consultancy, not a platform and not a broker.

02

Compliance runs through licensed partners.

Every regulated part of a round, the offer, the onboarding, the money, runs through a licensed platform partner in the relevant jurisdiction. We coordinate; the licence sits where the law says it should.

03

We make no success promises.

We do not guarantee that a round will close, or at what size. Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation or investment advice.

04

Past results are labelled as past results.

Every number we publish about a campaign carries the caveat that it is specific to that campaign. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

For investors

Investing involves risks, including the loss of your entire investment. Crowdpowder is not a licensed investment firm and does not provide investment advice. Offers run exclusively through licensed platform partners; always read the full offer information before investing.
