We run the round. You run the company.
Fundraise is our end-to-end service for rounds from €350K. Instrument, structure, story and campaign: one team of seniors designs your round, builds your investor materials, and carries the raise from first design to money in the bank, starting with the network you already have.
For founders who are ready, or want to find out.
Fundraise fits companies raising €350K or more, with real traction and a warm network to build on: customers, partners, people who already believe in what you're doing. Not sure you qualify? That's what our free Readiness Check is for.

Four steps from first question to money in the bank.
- 1
Check
A free Readiness Check plus an intake call. You walk away with a fundability signal, your top 2 instrument fit and the full cost math. No commitment on either side.
- 2
Design
We start with soft due diligence on our end. Then we pick the instrument, structure the equity, set the valuation logic and build the investment story. Everything gets designed before anyone sees a pitch.
- 3
Build
We build your campaign materials: pitch deck, legal documents and the rest of the paperwork. An investor landing page goes live early to gauge real interest before the round does. Most rounds go public with 40 to 60% already committed.
- 4
Raise
We launch the campaign, run investor conversations and track momentum. For public raises we handle the PR push with media and marketing partners. We stay until the money is in the bank and every investor has their paperwork.

A small fixed fee, and a share of what you raise.
Most of what we earn depends on your round succeeding. The fixed fee is modest, agreed before we start, and drops if you already bring usable materials: a solid deck, an investor memo, a structure that works. The rest is a percentage of what you actually raise, set upfront. So we are not selling you hours. We are building a round we need to win. For public raises, a marketing specialist joins the team and is included in the fee. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, and we stay until the last investor has signed. We walk through the exact numbers in the intake call, before you commit to anything.
Already working with us on Scale? You raise on better terms.
Closing the round is the finish line of this service. It's the starting line of the next one.
You'll have dozens of new shareholders and a cap table that needs managing. Four quarterly investor updates are included from the moment your raise starts, so your investors hear from you from day one. When those run out, Scale, keeps a sparring partner who already knows your numbers at the table.

Fair questions about the model
You can. But a platform gives you a webpage; the round still needs to be designed, structured, priced, told and filled. That’s the work we do, and we choose the licensed platform that fits your round, so you’re never locked into one channel.
A percentage of what you actually raise, agreed upfront in the engagement letter. Full transparency in the intake call.
The regulated parts of your round always run through licensed platform partners. We are your single point of contact, coordinate the process and make sure your structure and documentation are right; the licence sits where the law says it should.
That varies per case, depending on regulation, the chosen platform and your own preference. Options range from keeping what you raised, to raising the remainder later under the same or new terms, to paying everyone back. We decide on the scenario together before launch, and then do our utter best to keep it theoretical. Whatever happens, the fee agreements are fixed in your engagement letter upfront, so there are no surprises in any scenario.
