The situation

Mila Health is a Dutch digital healthcare company. It builds the infrastructure behind modern care for specific conditions, then puts that care in front of patients as consumer brands. Together with doctors, pharmacies and laboratories, the team combines medical expertise, health data and technology so people can understand their health, improve it, and get treatment in one connected system. The care is proactive and personalised, rather than a single visit.

Two of those brands are already in market. Fellos is discreet care for men's health, led by doctors. Goodweigh is a medical weight management programme that pairs prescription treatment with coaching and education. Across the brands, more than 25,000 patients have been treated, with a medical team of more than twenty and patient satisfaction reported at 94 percent.

What Mila Health did not yet have was a way to raise from the crowd. There was no pitch deck, no platform environment, and no way to communicate with an investor community once a round closed. The venture came to us through Dutch Dragons, and needed a full onboarding before anything could go live.

What we did

  1. 1

    Materials

Built the pitch deck and sharpened the story until a stranger could understand the business.

  2. 2

    Platform

Onboarded Mila Health onto Eyevestor and set up their digital environment: company page, cap table, investor flow, all compliant before anything went live.

What happened

The round opened and closed inside three days, raising the full €3,000,000 from 917 investors. It was the first successful case in Crowdpowder's collaboration with Dutch Dragons.

Mila Health went from no investment materials and no platform to a fully subscribed equity round in a matter of weeks. The company now has a community of owners behind Fellos and Goodweigh, and a licensed environment in which those investors can actually be kept informed. That was the piece that was missing when the engagement started.
