The situation

Beleggen24 is a Dutch investment platform, based in Amsterdam and run by Marketwise Trading Solutions. It exists to give private investors the same class of market information that used to sit only with institutional desks: daily technical analysis, trading signals driven by AI, model portfolios, and the option to copy trades onto your own account. Geert-Jan Nikken, managing director and a certified market technician, publishes De DailyVisie every trading day. Around that sits a magazine, Saturday market notes, webinars, and software that can execute signals automatically.

The company had already raised €2.5 million from investors. That capital sat outside AFM jurisdiction, with no licensed platform behind it. Investor administration lived in a spreadsheet, questions from investors about their positions were piling up, and Beleggen24 needed a compliant home for its cap table and its investor base.

What we did

  1. 1

    Platform onboarding

Migrated Beleggen24 onto Eyevestor, an ECSPR-licensed platform, and set up their digital environment: company page, cap table, investor flow.

  2. 2

    Cap table clean-up

Reconciled the investor records against the cap table and resolved the discrepancies between the two.

  3. 3

    Investor relations

Fielded questions from investors directly, walking each one through their onboarding until it was resolved.

  4. 4

    Secondary market

Facilitated secondary and buyback transactions, giving existing investors a route to liquidity.

  5. 5

    Investor updates

Set up an ongoing investor communication and update programme.

What happened

Beleggen24 now runs on a licensed platform, regulated under ECSPR, with a clean and current cap table. Existing investors have a route to liquidity through a working secondary market, and they get regular updates instead of radio silence.

The spreadsheet is gone. Positions match the records. Questions that used to pile up now have a process behind them. For a company whose product is trust in financial information, the investor base behind the company now sits in the same kind of structure.

“What sets Crowdpowder apart is their professional approach combined with an exceptionally high level of service. There's no nine-to-five mentality: they're ready to help even outside office hours. Instead of pointing out problems, they look for what can be done.”
G.J. Nikken, Managing Director
